SHIPPING: ONLY SHIPPING TO North America. We offer affordable shipping within North America. Please allow for 2-10 business days for order processing. Please note that all shipping times are estimates only.
USA ORDERS: All shipping times are estimates. Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us and allow for 2-10 business days for order processing. All orders come with a tracking number sent to your registered email address.
CANADIAN ORDERS: Are shipped via Canada Post and come with a tracking number sent to your registered email address. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days within Canada. Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us and allow for 2-10 business days for order processing.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Currently only shipping to North America.
DUTY & VAT: Purchases originating outside of Canada may incur a duty or VAT charge upon delivery. Fang Trading Post has no influence upon these charges and does not assume responsibility for them. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We are happy to exchange unwashed and unworn purchases within 30 days of product delivery. To exchange, items must be shipped back to us in the same condition in which they were received. Exchanges are not available on items marked "final sale.” Shipping items to us for the purposes of exchange is the responsibility of the buyer. We will happily pay for outgoing exchange shipping, using the standard postal rate.
HOW TO EXCHANGE: To exchange your purchase, please retain all original packaging and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, forwarding your original receipt for reference. After your exchange is granted, package your item and ship to:
